Antonio Sanchez 154f00e9ea Fix inverse nullptr/asan errors for LU. 
For empty or single-column matrices, the current `PartialPivLU`
currently dereferences a `nullptr` or accesses memory out-of-bounds.
Here we adjust the checks to avoid this.
