Maxiwell S. Garcia	ae2abe1f58	ci: ppc64le: disable MMA and remove 'allow_failure' for gcc-10 CXX11=off ... This patch disables MMA for CI because the building environment is using Ubuntu 18.04 image with LD 2.30.
