Various fixes in polynomial solver and its unit tests:
...
- cleanup noise in imaginary part of real roots
- take into account the magnitude of the derivative to check roots.
- use <= instead of < at appropriate places

Get rid of EIGEN_TEST_FUNC, unit tests must now be declared with EIGEN_DECLARE_TEST(mytest) { /* code */ }.
...
This provide several advantages:
- more flexibility in designing unit tests
- unit tests can be glued to speed up compilation
- unit tests are compiled with same predefined macros, which is a requirement for zapcc

Initial fixes for bug #85 .
...
Renamed meta_{true|false} to {true|false}_type, meta_if to conditional, is_same_type to is_same, un{ref|pointer|const} to remove_{reference|pointer|const} and makeconst to add_const.
Changed boolean type 'ret' member to 'value'.
Changed 'ret' members refering to types to 'type'.
Adapted all code occurences.
