Document QuaternionBase, minor doc improvements.

* Document class QuaternionBase so that docs for members are displayed.
* Remove obsolete \redstar refering to Array module
* Fix typo in Constants.h
* Document EIGEN_NO_AUTOMATIC_RESIZING
