* Modifying TensorDeviceSYCL to use `EIGEN_THROW_X`.
  * Modifying TensorMacro to use `EIGEN_TRY/CATCH(X)` macro.
  * Modifying TensorReverse.h to use `EIGEN_DEVICE_REF` instead of `&`.
  * Fixing the SYCL device macro in SpecialFunctionsImpl.h.
