* implement assignment of selfadjointview to matrix
  (was before failing to compile) and add nestedExpression() methods
* expand product_symm test
* in ei_gemv_selector, use the PlainObject type instead of a custom Matrix<...> type
* fix VectorBlock and Block mistakes
